Made different

I had one of these calls for years and loved it. I fell on it and broke it so I bought a new one. Its not made the same i can tell something is deferent looking in the sound holes. It has a ring to it that my old one didn’t maybe its a fluke but its not as good as the old one. The worst part is I emailed cody calls about if they changed something and haven’t gotten even a reply. I would have recommended the old call with a 5 star rating the new one gets a 3 because it sounds average and cody service hasn’t been that great
