First and last time ordering from this site. I ordered the gender reveal box and it was delivered with the label on the outside cardboard box ruining the surprise! I reached out to customer service and their email responses were not helpful or satisfactory. They said I should have emailed them to instruct the warehouse not to reveal the label on the outside of the box, as if the customer is just supposed to know the label will be on the outside when it’s supposed to be a surprise!! Absolutely ridiculous and absurd that this company can’t prevent the label from giving away the surprise!
