No where on this page dose it say what casing these are and the rest of your site is bate and switch advertising brass and when you go to the product page it's shows steel and you say no returns on ammo
Hi Chris - apologies for the confusion. As shown on the item label in the main image, this round is Steel cased. We have updated the description and images to make this clearer.
And you are correct, unless there is an error on our end in the fulfillment process we do not typically accept returns on ammo. This is a liability issue - we must know every round we sell is new, direct from the manufacturer, and has not been tampered with by a third party.
However, if there is an error on our end we will not only accept the return, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund, and in many cases a discount off a future order. If you have any further questions please let us know.
