Never Received Order - Awful Customer Service

I ordered 2 boxes of these Magtec rounds. I was only shipped one. Rather than correcting the issue, Foundry blamed me, FedEx, and everything else possible. They took no ownership of the issue. It took me submitting a credit card dispute to get them to finally refund me. This took weeks when it should have been handled right away. Additionally, Foundry refuses to give a phone number to discuss issues, and they also did not honor a discount code that showed applied prior to me hitting purchase. All around a shady and unethical company. Do not buy from them.

Our policy is to attempt to first confirm any issues with the order at the warehouse on our backend before issuing refunds, which was the cause of the delay. Further, we do not have any active discount codes at this time. Some websites publish false or deactivated codes as a way to generate traffic and ad revenue to their site. We are not affiliated with any such sites, but occasionally do talk to customers who are confused by the inactive discount codes. The order experience was great. I’m going shooting for the first time in two months maths tomorrow so I’ll let you know how good the ammo was latter.
