Confused

Didn't want to leave a bad review because I have no problem with the seller or Eley. But.... after shooting a half box or so of this ammo, I started noticing I would have about 1 out of 5 shots miss an inch or so low. I then noticed a different sounding shot every so often, with a lot of unburned powder. Then failure to feed began occurring. My 10/22 never, and I mean never, has cycling issues with standard velocity ammo (unless 36 grain cheap ammo) I bought a 300 Rd bulk box and I'm not sure if I will be able to shoot it. I cleaned my gun, and same problem. Shoots CCI st vel perfectly, so like the title says.... I'm confused
